Buying the bargain home

Yes, the markets have started to adjust and in areas there are some incredible price reductions. But when the focus is exclusively on the discount or 'the bargain', this can almost be a recipe for future price escalation disappointment. Here are some words used by Warren Buffet related to investing that I have adapted to real estate:

"It's far better to buy a wonderful home at a fair price than a mediocre home at a wonderful price."

Too often we

have witnessed top-quality properties bought at fair prices out-perform mediocre properties bought at 'bargain' prices. I am sure you have too.

Have a great day!
